I have some interesting stuff to write about today :P I believe I posted a while back about getting my permit. Well, I couldn't drive because of my cast, but I can now :) Soooo, my dad and I went driving today. And, of course we have always driven stick, so just guess what I'm learning on? That's right, a standard :P Oh goodie, eh? Haha. Yeah, but I'm still trying to get used to starting and stopping with the clutch. It's a lot easier with Dad's truck than Mom's car. So, we went around 'the cape'. Which is a big loop of road where I live. Anyway, I had a couple firsts.
- 1. I passed a truck that was stopped.
- 2. There was a car behind me on the road.
- 3. I met another truck on the road. Lets just say I was kinda freaking :P
Anyway, it was a good experience. I need to start driving more before I can go into town though. I have only made it fourth gear. Ah well :) But, before that, I woke up to the power being out! >.< I was mad. I couldn't get any food because I couldn't cook anything without power, and I couldn't watch lost, or play xbox. It sucked haha. Oh well, its back on now :)
Ah, and one more thing. There was a freakin' BAT in my house last night >.< I go downstairs to find Casper and to my dismay, the light was on and it looked like a tornado went through the living room! The cats were trying to get the bat that was still flying around... Yuck. I took Casper and Daisy and we went to bed. Dad came home today and after looking around, we found the bat hanging on a window haha. He killed it with a broom, and he broke it. Ha.
I met a couple really cool guys from facebook the other day :) We're making a dual montage! :D And, we might possible do a live stream tonight! Yay hehe.
